It is a beautiful morning in Rome in the year of 4027. The sun shines brightly on the sparkling paved streets. The water is fresh and clean as it runs through the various fountains across the city. The rich children laugh and run, having a great time. Their parents already drinking glasses of wine. "To the never-failing Democracy!" They chant as everything seems great.
Little do they know is the night before senshi from everywhere were broughten to this time. And as they party and carry on in their happiness the senshi are awakening to this "new" world.
The Akuhei awake within the city. Their lives set for them, nothing can be wrong as they hold power in this society. While the Junsei senshi awake in their small, broken down homes. Their hared for the Akuhei already sprouting.
From afar they are being watched, from afar they are being graded, waited on for when they cross paths at any given moment. Waiting, for the first battle to begin.
